This project involved lighting maintenance at a warehouse in Hillington, with the objective of improving illumination levels while reducing energy consumption and running costs.

The existing installation used first-generation 230W LED fittings, which were still operational but no longer delivering the most efficient or effective lighting for the space.

Our work included:

• Removing older 230W first-generation LED high-bay fittings

• Installing new 190W High Rack LED luminaires

• Improving overall light distribution and uniformity across the warehouse

• Reducing energy consumption by approximately 15% compared to the previous installation

As a result of the upgrade, the client benefits from brighter, more consistent lighting, a lower carbon footprint, and reduced electricity bills, all without the need for a full lighting replacement.

This project demonstrates how targeted lighting upgrades can deliver meaningful efficiency gains and performance improvements in industrial environments.
